A distillery with a rich history, 10 years ago Sipsmith became London’s first traditional copper distillery since 1820. Ever since they have been producing fantastic gins including London Dry, Lemon Drizzle and Orange and Cacao.


Known for its classic London Dry, Beefeater has branched out with exciting flavours such as Blood Orange and Strawberry. It’s history stretches back nearly 200 years, providing a wealth of expertise for producing great-tasting gin.


Warner Edwards

Based on a family farm in Northamptonshire, Warner’s Distillery host wonderful tours showcasing the hard work that goes into creating its popular gins. Fruit and natural produce is at the forefront of the inspiration, and the Raspberry and Honeybee flavours are delicious.


Plymouth Gin

Titled as the oldest working distillery in England, Plymouth Gin operates in the Black Friar’s building that dates back to the early 1400s. The establishment is protected as a precious national monument and produces five gins including Navy Strength, Fruit Cup and Sloe.

Trevethan Cornish Gin

This distillery likes to do things the traditional way. Indeed, the team still follow a traditional gin recipe that was perfected in the 1920s! Their botanicals are sourced from local hedgerows to give you a true taste of Cornish paradise.

Tarquin Gin

The humble Southwestern Distillery, makers of Tarquin Gin, is nestled on a windswept hilltop overlooking the wild Cornish coast. They run regular distillery tours to teach enthusiasts about their particular process and you can pick up a bottle of your favourite tipple – choose from dry gin, blackberry gin and special editions.

Salcombe Distilling Co

One of the world’s only distilleries directly accessible by boat, the Salcombe Distilling Co creates exceptional gins at its waterside distillery on Island Street in this popular Devonshire town. The drinks are made using some of the softest and purest water in England, sourced from high up in the wilds of Dartmoor National Park.


Aber Falls

Just a stone’s throw from the famous natural waterfall lies this fascinating distillery. A number of fantastic gins are produced here, including Welsh Dry, Rhubarb & Ginger and Orange Marmalade, as well as quality single malt whiskies.

Dyfi Distillery

This interesting producer helps gin lovers to step into the wilderness with their cleverly crafted spirits made from foraged food in the UNESCO World Biosphere of Dyfi. It’s home to some of the most diverse flora and cleanest water which helps to create greattasting gin.

Dà Mhìle Distillery

Creating a wide array of spirits, including vodka, whisky and gin, the Dà Mhìle Distillery certainly places itself on the map for delicious drinks. A jewel in their crown in the delicious Seaweed Gin which is designed to complement seafood with its subtly salty aftertaste.



Famous for producing great-tasting beer, the company’s expertise also stretches to gins! Their spirits are handcrafted from the finest East Anglian malted barley and six carefully selected botanicals in a small batch copper pot still.

Cambridge Distillery

Producing gin is a very specific science to the Cambridge Distillery. They only use botanicals that are in season and distil each one individually so that their full flavour is harnessed.



This proud Yorkshire business started producing award-winning gins and vodka in 2015 and now offer a range of premium products made with the finest natural spring water from Harrogate’s Tewit Well. There’s plenty of flavours to choose from including Yorkshire gooseberry and its famous rhubarb.

Manchester Gin

One of the more contemporary distilleries on the map, Manchester Gin produces four distinctive spirits to cater for all tastes. The company has exciting plans for September 2019 – six Grade II* listed railway arches underneath Manchester Central Convention Centre will be transformed into a distillery, bar, restaurant. It’s destined to become the ultimate gin getaway!

The Lakes Distillery

Set on the edge of the stunning Bassenthwaite Lake, The Lakes Distillery produce delicious gins that are a taste of the countryside. Specialising in hedgerow ingredients such as rosehip, damson and elderflower, you’ll be in for a real treat!


Edinburgh Gin

There are many fantastic reasons to visit this historic city, and the Edinburgh Gin Distillery is top of our list! Based in the West End, they run fascinating tours seven days a week and proudly produce a myriad of exciting gins including Edinburgh Gin Seaside and delicious liqueurs such as Plum & Vanilla and Pomegranate & Rose.

Hendricks Gin

One of the most iconic brands of gin, Hendricks have been creating beautifully smooth, subtle spirits for 20 years. Their signature gin has been infused with cucumber and rose for an unusual twist.

Orkney Gin

Set on the stunning north coast of Scotland, the Orkney Gin Company is a family-run business that prides itself on the use of botanicals from the local area. Their three main spirits are Rhubarb Old Tom, Mikkelmas and Johnsmas.
