​Another mega member of the Great British Food Awards judging team for 2023 is master patissier Eric Lanlard. As any maker of sweet indulgences - or even those of us just with a sweet tooth - will know, Eric is a legend when it comes to bakes and confections.

Having worked at some of the very best restaurants in the world and now at the head of his own hugely successful empire, Cake Boy, we are delighted to have Eric join our esteemed panel of judges. Who better to judge our Sweet Bakes and Desserts category?
