Ingredients
15ml Belvoir Apple & Ginger Cordial
3 lemon wedges
1 cinnamon stick
2 thin slices root ginger
35ml whisky
Method
Add the cordial, the juice from the 3 lemon wedges and one whole wedge, cinnamon stick, root ginger and whisky to a large cup or glass with a handle. Mix in 150ml boiling water, and stir well. Add more cordial or lemon juice to taste and serve.
