Stilton, Walnut & Onion Chutney Crostini

Serves 6

Ingredients

1 baguette, cut into 1cm slices

200g Stilton or any blue cheese, sliced thinly

A jar of onion chutney

50g walnuts, roughly chopped

1 small bunch flat leaf parsley

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 160ºC/325ºF/ Gas Mark 4. Place the slices of baguette onto a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with the blue cheese, a suitable amount of the onion chutney and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts. Scatter the flat leaf parsley over and serve.
