Raspberry Sweet & Sour Cocktail

5 minutes prep,

Serves 1

Ingredients

3 basil leaves

1 egg cup lemon juice

1 heaped tbsp runny honey

1 shot of gin

Raspberry Lemonade, such as Belvoir, to top up

Method

Build the ingredients (apart from the lemonade) in a tall glass and mix until the honey is dissolved. Fill with ice and top up with the lemonade.

Garnish with a sprig of basil and fresh raspberries frozen in ice-cubes, if desired.
