What’s your idea of the perfect burger? We love using our own homemade hamburger patties and lots of toppings, from melted swiss cheese to tangy pickle slices. We also have a soft spot for fried chicken burgers. And, of course, it’s important to have a lovely soft burger bun. Our stomachs are rumbling just thinking about it! We’ve rounded up seven of our favourite burger recipes for you to try yourself!
Peppercorn Studded Burger with Tricolour Slaw

This recipe calls for homemade hamburger patties with ground chuck mince, pepper flakes and chopped coriander. It’s simple, but totally delicious. The burger topping is a sweet and salty tricolour slaw, alongside a caramelised relish or tomato chutney.
Homemade Beef Burger with Bacon & Cheese

This classic beef burger recipe requires you to make your own ground beef mince with skirt steak. The hamburger patties are flavoured simply - with black pepper, a pinch of salt and chopped thyme - and they’re utterly divine.
