The Inside Scoop

Roots + Seeds (Northleach):  The renowned Cotswolds foodie hotspot has just launched its third dining hub at adventure and wellness retreat, Far Peak. Family and dog-friendly, the venue uses seasonal produce from its own kitchen garden and local producers for the modern British menu, and the bar taproom showcases the full range of locally-made Hawkstone beers and ciders.

Down Hall (Hatfield Heath): The hotel, spa and estate is bringing back its Garden Gatherings at The Woodland Table, taking place on four Sundays across the summer. The one-of-a-kind open-air feasts unfold al fresco, using the living larder of the property’s two-acre kitchen garden, set at tables crafted from the estate, set amongst smouldering fire pits. Each four-course menu is a surprise.
