An outstanding product. This butter is cultured and has a wonderful acidity and richness but is balanced and refined, I loved it. You can feel the very essence of the farm it was produced on and the care that had gone into producing the original cream. The setting texture is not too hard and spread on a slice of toasted sourdough this is absolutely perfect – brilliant, first class butter.
