This sorbet was magnificent in texture and flavour. It had the mouth feel of a gelato, creamy and decadent with the most deliciously tart fresh raspberry flavour which coated the entire palette of pure raspberries. It would be delicious paired with a molten gluten free and dairy free chocolate torte. It was incredibly memorable and was by far the highlight for the category.
