This is iconic smoked haddock. A British heritage product perfectly executed, high quality fish prepared using time tested methods that haven’t changed or deviated over the year I really felt I was eating something unique, moist spikily fish flakes with a comforting level of smoked and salt of which were in perfect balance with each other. Smoked haddock of this quality deserves its recognition, its something we should eat more of, breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, it suits them all.
