The Shipton White Flour was a clear winner! One of my team took some home to make a Georgian speciality Guruli khachapuri or Guruli Gvezeli (Guria is a part of Georgia and this kind of Khachapuri is called Guruli Khachpuri) - I used the flour to make paratha and Aneesa from my team made a loaf with Georgian olives. All three were so delicious. While kneading the dough for the paratha - loved the smoothness of the dough after it had rested.
