Toasted Bagel with Streaky Bacon, Gorgonzola, Figs & Honey

Ingredients
1 plain bagel
4 rashes streaky bacon
2 tbsp gorgonzola
1 fig, sliced into quarters
1 Rowse Honey Snap & Squeeze sachet
Method
Preheat the grill to a high heat and cook the bagel for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden brown, turning halfway.
Top with the bacon and figs, crumble the gorgonzola on top and drizzle the Rowse Snap & Squeeze Honey.
