Padron Peppers

5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 tbsp rapeseed or olive oil

150g pack padron peppers

Sea salt

Method

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a heavy-based frying pan until hot.

Throw in the peppers and leave them to cook until the skins start to blister.

Toss once or twice and cook for a couple more minutes. Drizzle with a little oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy with summer drinks.
