Dessert doesn’t have to be naughty – it can be nice too. In fact, this one is absolutely packed with protein. Don’t worry if you’re not a tofu fan, you really can’t taste it. In mere minutes you’ll have whipped up something nutritious, darkly sweet and satisfying.
We’ve used Great British Food Award winner Juthan Chocolate’s 60% Vanilla bar. It’s carefully crafted, from bean to bar, using the very finest cacao with no binders or fillers (making it one of the only UPF-free chocolate bars made in the UK).
Ingredients (makes 2-4)
- 1 pack silken tofu
- 1 bar Juthan Chocolate 60% Vanilla
- Toppings of your choice
Method
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie, or gently in the microwave. Drain the tofu and add to a blender. Pour in the chocolate. Blend until smooth.
2. Decant into little dishes or pots and leave to set for an hour in the fridge.
3. Cover in your favourite toppings. Devour.
