Ingredients
- 100g Cottage Delight Passion Fruit and Mango Curd
- 150ml double cream
- 2tbsps icing sugar
- Canape cups
- Edible flowers
Method
1. Whip the cream with the icing sugar until thick.
2. Fold the curd carefully through the cream.
3. Put the cream into a piping bag with a large plain nozzle and pipe into canape cups. Decorate and serve!
