Essex born Chef, restaurateur and food writer Adam Byatt started his career at just 16 in the legendary Claridge’s and has risen the ranks to become one of the most established UK chefs today. Today Adam owns and runs restaurant Trinity and Trinity Upstairs - a high-end and hugely established Clapham stalwart offering classic Michelin-starred dining. Trinity Upstairs is ideal for private events and bespoke menus / events can be arranged. Adam also owns and runs sister site neighbourhood Bistro Union on Abeville Road and in 2019 became Chef Director of Charlie’s at Brown Hotel Mayfair.
