Winner winner, chicken dinner! When time is tight and you really can't be bothered to cook – lean on the freezer.

There are some fab premium options out there, including a huge range from our Great British Food Award winner, Fieldfare. Their golden-crumbed chicken schnitzel (like the rest of their range), is sold plastic-free in freezers at farm shops, delis and food halls across the UK.

It cooks in around 20 minutes from frozen – less in an air fryer.

That's lunch or dinner in a snip.

Serve alongside a salad, layer with tomato sauce, Parmesan and mozzarella in a sub for the dreamiest Parm sandwich, or try one of our easy suggestions.

We love it loaded with another of our award-winning products – All Things Butter's Smokey Paprika Butter. Lush.

Or whip up a German/Austrian potato salad by tossing boiled, peeled new potatoes in a pan with fried onions, fried bacon, a touch of salt, vinegar and sugar to taste, finish with fresh chopped parsley. This is wonderful at room temperature.

Finally, how about a fresh, light cucumber salad? We prepped ours by peeling and thinly slicing two cucumbers, combining with 1/4 cup of oil, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, a touch of salt, a generous pinch of sugar, and bags of chopped dill.
