3 months’ subscription to the Dunnet Bay Distillers’ Refill Rewards Club plus a ceramic bottle of Rock Rose Gin worth £124
Dunnet Bay Distillery creates spirits which are inspired by and embody the Scottish region of Caithness, its unique cultural and natural heritage and its people. It distils slowly and passionately to create exceptional products using traditional copper pot stills, Highland water and hand-foraged botanicals. Dunnet Bay Distillery is not afraid to innovate whilst remaining true to its core values of authenticity, flavour, and tradition. Innovation extends from our new recyclable packaging, ever developing guided tour offer and the creation of new gins.
It generates its own electricity using solar panels on the distillery roof. Its Rock Rose Gin is the first gin available in fully recyclable pouches that can be returned to Dunnet Bay Distillery, freepost via standard Royal Mail. Once at the distillery, the pouches will be passed on to be upcycled into new items.
Win a 3-month membership to The Dunnet Bay Refill Rewards Club - an exciting spirit refill subscription service so you never worry about pouring the last drop from your bottle again! They’ll send you monthly, eco-friendly refills to top up your bottle along with some fabulous goodies and mixers. Plus, the winner will receive a ceramic bottle of Rock Rose Original.
Rock Rose Gin Original is a 41.5% ABV gin crafted by the most northerly distillery on the UK’s mainland, near John O’Groats. Distilled using ingredients foraged from the local area or grown in the Distillery’s own garden, Rock Rose Gin is flavourful and fresh, zesty and brimming with berries, with a long smooth finish.
Its wonderful flavour is derived from a combination of local coastal botanicals and traditional ingredients, balanced to create the perfect taste. Initially the earthy warm Italian juniper will give way to the lemon sherbet of the Bulgarian juniper, before a nice jammy flavour develops due to the inclusion of blaeberries, hawthorn berries, and rowan berries; finishing off with liquorice, cinnamon and rose notes from Rhodiola Rosea (rock rose).
